About Us

We are redefining how we heat, cool, and ventilate our homes
by building novel technologies, unobtrusive installation
processes, and scalable emissions reductions
(without burning a hole in our pocket)

Globally over 15% of carbon emissions come from the heating and cooling demands of buildings. The alternative proposed by IRENA is to electrify thermal management, however, depending only on vapor compression technologies, the decarbonisation can take well over the targeted Net Zero deadlines. The age-old technology cannot accommodate hard-to-abate properties due to cost, space, and installation complexities. They also propose the issues of refrigerant leakages and embodied carbon.

We believe for scaling adoption, our product offerings have to be planet as well as people-centric, and thus bring incentivised decarbonisation that adds value to people’s lives. Our thermoelectric technology can unlock abilities that were never available before like variable power consumption enabling the residents to consume the lowest amount of power and even use heating strictly as per their budget.

Join us on our journey to make clean energy tranisition desirable and affordable.

Our journey so far

2021
ORIGIN OF ANZEN
Developed a novel swirl separator design for an integrated air purifying roof panel under Shelco. The dust capturing system became a finalist at Stanford Longevity Design Challenge.
2022
THE WALL INTEGRATED CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM
Building toward future proofing homes, we started by designing a prefab wall-integrated HVAC system that enabled heat recovery ventilation and forced blown heating. We aimed to abate housing crises while making healthy indoors a standard.
2023
FIRST PILOT SIGNED
We showed the concept to a diverse set of stakeholders to get their feedback and gathered several LOIs. One client took the leap and gave us our first commercial pilot - Park Royal Open Workshop.
2023
FIRST PROTOTYPE IS TEST-DRIVEN
The first prototype was tailored to the commercial pilot. We liaised with the architects and contractors to make the installation and maintenance seamless. The test run saw an efficiency of 150% in our first test run, validating the promise we saw in thermoelectrics.
2024
MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCT
The pilot involving 3 units has been in operation for 2 months now and with improvements made, we are mapping a consistent efficiency of 200%, making Anzen one of the few heat pumping technologies after refrigerant-vapor compression, to see the light of day.
2024
FIRST PATENT FILED
We have a patent pending for the thermoelectric heat pump system, and are now writing two more patents to cover the thermal and control advancements we are making each day.
2024
RETROFIT TRL 7
Seeing the urgency and opportunity to make a larger impact, we designed the retrofit system building on the same principles. The design will ensure installation in a few hours and self calibration for heat demand in each room.
2025
40+ PILOTS
We are scheduling 40+ pilots for 2025 with large housing portfolios to help them reach net zero cost-effectively while ensuring the highest living standards for their tenants.

We are on a mission to decarbonise 1 Million UK homes by 2035
